What happens if I switch health insurance plans? Will I still be able to be enrolled in the CINQAIR® Cost Support Program?

When you change health insurance plans, call Teva Support Solutions® at 1-844-838-2211, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 7 pm ET and we will complete a benefits verification with your new health insurance plan to determine whether you are still eligible for the CINQAIR® Cost Support Program.
